Hi Ted,

Thanks for the info. I opened up the unit and it doesn't have any of the SCSI options.

1) Eprom is IP349
2) TIM Pal IC's do not support SCSI
3) No 5380 Controller at IC6

Looks like I need an earlier version of the Operating Software. Any suggestions how to create a start up suitable disc using EXMP. I've got an old XP PC that can run EXMP so could I create an Operating Disc from this?

HD OS 1.1 expects you have SCSI.
Usually if you have a wrong OS you will get "Wrong Software Rev" or similar.

If you have SCSI you could use HD OS 1.1 or PLUS OS 1.0 (which supports
external SCSI devices as well as an internal).
