I haven't had this situation as I have factory floppies.
I haven't used EMXP for this either.

In this situation-
You can try EMXP.
_OR_
use EMAXUTIL to format it in DOS (not a window- booted from MSDOS 6.22).
Then write the OS image to the disk.

Just a thought.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
