I haven't had this situation as I have factory floppies. I haven't used EMXP for this either. In this situation- You can try EMXP. _OR_ use EMAXUTIL to format it in DOS (not a window- booted from MSDOS 6.22). Then write the OS image to the disk. Just a thought.
