That is the input block (where the power cable plugs in).

Unless there is an issue with the input block itself (mine has an RF filter in it and isn't just black plastic, it is metal).
So if you have a meter, you will find those lugs have 110VAC. - one has a brown wire, one has a blue.

Assuming you got 110 there, there is a fuse on the power supply itself.
So you need to check that next.

The two fuses above the power cable connection seem fine. The black circle indicating voltage is set to 110 and I'm in the states so that seems right.

When attempting to power nothing happens. No noise from the disk drive or lights of any sort, no led panel response.
