The loose connections of the part directly next to the fuse in the PSU make me think that there likely was a cold solder point. I decided to open up the emax, remove the PSU and check. Sure enough I was correct. I don't have a ton of soldering skills, but I took a "build your own arduino" class last week which gave me some basic skills. Any chance that resoldering these two loose connections will fix the problem? I have photos but I'm not sure how to post them.
