Try to bootYOur Emax with the ones saying "Different Software Rev". as emax is booted with a disk it reads and loads the software rev., now when trying to do something it reads the disk again, but now you have inserted another software rev. and it does not recognise something. a way around is either to put the never software into the old disk. Or simply switch the OS disks when working, so you work on a 'soundset' and a disk belonging to one software rev. but the disk you have inserted belongs to a different 'the Booted' software rev. . Just remember if doing things like that, to Write protect the disk........ or you will forget and overwrite the wrong disk. Easier would be to copy the Software to the old disks. .
