I am Brazilian, from rio de janeiro.
I bought an abandoned emax.
No this reading the floppy drive.
No this reading the hard disk.

In the display appears the message "diagnostics"

I love vintage keyboards.

This means some part of the hardware is failing the units diagnostic check on power up. 
It can mean anything from loose connections, to a serious hardware failure.

Yes, if you can figure out what it faulting and fix it the unit will probably work again. But, 
you can't fix all hardware failures. You are probably going to need to send it to an 
authorized repair person.
