Emax sighting

Sugarcubes motorcrash video live in Auburn Georgia 1988! haha

Might have been someting in a rack, but the only keyboard being played was none other than the emax.

I think the best sighting of an Emax in action is in Depeche Mode's
"101" movie. During an interview Alan plays his parts for "Black
Celebration" on his Emax HD and explains how the triggers behind him
trigger an Emax as well.

Other Sightings:

you can see them in Depeche Mode's "Question of Lust" video.

I don't know how visible it is in the concert video, but David Bowie
used them on his "Glass Spider" tour I could see them from the
audience.

I think you can see one in NIN's "Head Like A Hole" video.

In Prince's "Graffitti Bridge" he's working on a song on a Macintosh
and there is clearly an Emax in his rack. E-mu made the "purple axe"
which was his custom strap-on sampler circa "Diamonds and Pearls"

You can see one in Faith No More's "Epic" video. As well as their Live
at Brixton Academy concert video (think by then Roddy used two Emax
II).

The fact the the original is grey makes it pretty easy to spot, the
Emax II is a little harder because of it's black casing.

CORRECTION!!

Emulator 2's were featured in Depeche Mode's 'question
of lust' video. No emax. It wasn't released yet. Yes
101 is the best trainspotting resource for emax
keyboards.
