Emax

I've been trying to upgrade a 1.1 HD emax to an SE model, however I 
cannot get OS plus to work, and am wondering where this elusive SE 
upgrade disk can be found, if anyone could help I would love them 
forever. I haven't had a chance to see if the upgrade I'm looking for 
is already in the archives, as I can't use EMX to make proper boot 
images on my PC. if anyone is able to convert these OSes to copyQM I 
would be most grateful,

Hi,
The Emax SE upgrade is a one time upgrade diskette, that is difficult to
copy and will only work once. No one has yet cloned a copy of the upgrade
prior to using it, secondhand unused upgrade diskettes are rare. So
unfortunately no one can now upgrade to SE or Plus. The only way to do this
is to copy the EEPROM data from an SE model to a non-SE model, because thats
where the Emuons decided to store the SE "on" bit... Best way to upgrade is
to buy an SE model.
