emax operating system

2003-09-02 by joebarney123

I have an old EMAX that powers up and asks me to insert a disk. EMU
systems no longer supports this product and suggested that I check
here. Would anyone be able to help me to get a disk with the
operating system on it?

Any disk with E-max sample on work as an software disk, since the
software is on each disk. If you have an E-max SE and load a disk,
which is formatted in an older E-max, you get the older soft version

Thanks for the reply, I have zero disks for the Emax, no sample disk, no operating system disk. I don't even know the disk size. Is it 360K? Also, I have no manual, my son brought the emax home along with an acustic guitar (minus strings) from the neighbors dumpster. The power comes on with the emax encouraging me to proceed further. I need to either get this thing working or get it back to the dumpster.
