Need chips to upgrade to SCSI

Anyone have a NCR/5380 SCSI chip and IP355 chip or a dead Emax HD model they will part? I have a Rev 3 board Emax with the IP379 PAL, but need these two chips to finish. Anyone?? Thanks!!!
