I can't answer that question personally. Rob at Emulator Archive will hopefull respond to
it. I've heard that Zip plus drives don't work with the Emax or Emax II because the have
a power save mode they go into and if I remember right they require a computer to
change the SCSI ID's as well. If the 250 has the same "modern" features it wouldn't
work.

Can't vouch for the Emax 1, but the Emax II works perfectly well with the Zip 250 running 100mb disks.
