I'm sure they will ship your parts to you in France. You can use any credit 
card. They are the Emu authorised dealer and repair shop for older keyboard 
models in the US. Follow this link to the enquiry form, they will send you 
an email in return, you call them and buy it! As you can see there is a 
space for "country" so I don't think it will matter that you are overseas.

I don't know of anywhere in France that could help unless you can find a pro 
audio music store or perhaps a good instrument repair facility.
