Emax SE 9-PIN serial port speed

2008-07-07 by mikewolak

Hello,

Does anyone know what speed the EMAX I serial port speed operates at? I picked up a USB to
RS-422 converter and want to write an OSX app that performs midi sample dump over serial.

Thanks,

Mike Wolak

Found the answer to my own question:

500 Kbaud ( synchronous, odd parity )

Turns out the adapter I purchased isn't recognized in OSX, going to have to use Linux or XP.
