Just a question... Would I be able to write to a SCSI CD-RW (maybe an older model) from my Emax II? I'm interested in installing an external CD ROM and was just curious if I could use a CD writer instead. Thanks for all of your help... Frank [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]

No. Not only would it not write but more than likely it couldn't use the drive at all. The Emax II doesn't work with many modern peripherals and I believe the fastest CD-Rom drive you can get to work is a few of the Quad speed ones. For the most part you should stick to single and double speed Mac compatible CD-Rom drives.
