I have it in paper format, and it's a pretty huge document....

I can provide either an original hard copy Emax Service Manual or a high res
pdf download.
Contact me off list for details. 
 
I also have Emax PAL chip binaries, if anyone manages to work out how to
burn them into working GAL's
