I got mine, the man told me is was easy to do and I asked him to send me a CD with 
instructions that never arrived after I paid extra.

Installing the backlight was a pain and it didn't work quite right, so I sent it to a friend of 
mine who is an expert in electronics.

Everything fine but the backlight has a black square on the lower left corner, I noticed when I 
installed too. My friend told me the back light comes like that, the manofacturer just burned 
that corner as a "simbol of manofacturer" or something like that.

The case is that backlight won't be clear blue, they are cheap refurbished backlights. 

Not to mention that the owner of Telesis (Ron) was very defensive and never answered any 
email after the purchase.
