Are you both using the same OS revision? Whether it says it or not all Emax units go
through a self-diagnostic at power up before booting. I don't know if specific models
displayed the diagnostic message or not. My thought would be either you have different
OS revisions or something in your unit is causing the diagnostic to take longer. The
model number is on the back serial plate, compare the two to see if they are different
models.
