Emax

Hi I am relatively new to this group
and I am looking to increase my library for the Emax II

I dont have much to trade right now, becuase I only
got like one disk with the Emax I bought, and
some disks that I forgot to give away when I sold
my last Emax.

I have Harpgliss#3, Fat analog,loon garden, Mini moog, 
Synbell/Sanctuary and high strings

and the bliss disk from here!
oh thats a great one!

If anyone would like to trade or give charitably to me

I have a pretty good size Emax I library with a few Emax II diskettes.

I was wondering if you would like to trade sample diskettes. (copies, 
that is) I would very much like to copy for you any Emax disk I have 
tht you are looking for.  The emx program won't work on my computer 
so I was wondering if we could mail eachother disks? I would be more 
than happy to send whatever Emax samples you are looking for that I 
may have.

I'm also on the look out to start a library for my EMAX II I've got a 
ltd. set  Pedal Gtr, 6 trng gtr, ooh & bells, slow strings I also 
have the presets for spectrum synthesis. Hoping to get classic synth 
sounds i.e. organs,pads,bass - ala mini moog, drum kit samples

   A good place to start is to download the EMX program
then you can get alot of the Emax files from the emulator
archive.

the emx program is in the file section here
it says use dos 6.22 or earlier, one thing I know
for sure, is you have to run in in dos not windows
or it wont work.

Hi all,

I've had this from time to time before on my 4MB Emax II keyboard but
usually find a gentle nudge of the memory board sorts it. However, after
experiencing intermittent problems over the last week or two, a complete
re-seat of the board is now making no difference at all. Haven't gigged it
for over a year and the contacts look clean enough, so I'm now worried
something more fundamental has gone wrong.... :-(

Any thoughts anyone? Could my cherished Emax finally be on its last legs?
