Now that's strange.
Errorcode 19 means that the disk you are writing to is write-protected.
Any time EMXP mentions "Error is X" or "Errorcode is X" at the end of an error message, the X refers to the standard Microsoft system errorcodes which can be found on their MSDN development site.
But the write-protection error doesn't make sense here because right before EMXP raises this error it has successfully written another piece of data to the disk (otherwise you should have received error 297). So the disk is not write-protected a second before...
By the way: I suppose you receive errorcode 299, not 209, right ?
So to be honest I currently have no idea what's going wrong.
I have succesfully copied banks to SD cards with EMXP so far, as have other EMXP users.
Are you using the most recent version of EMXP (v207build5) ? Because this version contains important bugfixes for handling memory cards.
Contact me via e-mail if you can't solve the problem. The usage of flash cards with EMXP is a pretty recent phenomenon, so perhaps EMXP needs another fix, we'll see.
One thing you can already do is take a full backup of the SD disk with EMXP (menu 1.6.4), I might need this file for further problem solving...
