Create a Sequence

Is it possible to create a sequence from an edited .wav treated before?

I edited an various .wav for a future sequence in Emax...I converted to .EB2 and I created an image with us it is been charged on sampler. But I unknown the way to make sequence with them.

I know about loop a sample but I wanna put that sample (P01) on SEQUENCER (S01).
