emax rack sliders stiff

hey guys what can I do to make my sliders on my rack more smooth. on my emax keyboard they slide great but on my rack they are so ruff and not smooth. and the unit is in great shape. thoughts? Sent from my Verizon Wireless 4GLTE smartphone [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
