Emax

I picked up a Teac FD-05HG pulled from a Dell system off eBay. It has a cable already on it. Is there a chance I could damage the controller by trying it out in my Emax Plus? I have a JM215A coming in the mail soon.

It doesn't work unless you have the slim floppy adapter and that is modified.

Thanks for the info. If anyone else is thinking about getting a pull from a Dell, mine came with no bezel, but it was cheap $10. The fd did come with a (unusable) data cable as mentioned in my earlier post but it also came with a standard male floppy power prong that I will be using to split the original fd power cable.
