I shipped one from Milwaukee to Austria UPS wanted $750 I ended up using a friends work account and used DHL for $350 packed the living crap out of it. inside of a softcase too. it luckily arrive but I wouldn't do it again I don't think.

I perhaps should have been a bit more specific about my apprehension

regarding international shipping. The keyboard as you know is

massive...both in size and weight. And it's quite fragile. I just don't

think I would feel confidant that it would arrive in the same shape that if

left in shipping it such a long distance...at least not at an affordable

price.

when did you do that? usps would not accept my emax I forget the size limit but they do not accept over a certain size. I thought it was something like total h-w-l. can not be over 70 inches. maybe its 90 either way my emax was way to big after packaging. shit id start giving away emaxs to people in Europe if shipping was only $170 :) ok... I was teasing I'm not giving away emaxs... its not even Xmas yet!

I always surprised that people say it costs so much. I bought an Emax II keyboard from california and it cost 'only' $170 via USPS to Germany..
