Download files from "Files-Section"

2013-07-08 by moll3s

Dear all,
I try to acces files from the files-section
I notice that files in the root (files which are not in a map)
are not accessabel!
Is there another way to download these files since most of the files
are in the root!?

What file(s) are you discussing specifically?

I have tested download of files that are not contained in a folder (don't
have a folder icon next to them) and successfully downloaded every one I
have tried.

I think this is on your end....?

Hi Ted,
I Think the problem has solved itself somehow
Today i downloaded several files from the root without any problem...!
I dont have an explanation for this...
yesterdag i got "error 500 from the server" message
could it be that when logged in from mobile and pc the same time,
the first logged-in device gets access and the other wil be blocked?...
i'll try to see if this was the case... if so i let you know

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
