Question about disk drives for the EII

It appears that my 5 1/4 drive died and the OS will not load off of 
the hard drive. They both spin but nothing happens. Does anyone know of 
a good replacement for the floppy? 
 Also does anyone on this list sell a mac setup with SD and cable? Just 
a wild question.
