Urgent Help

Today after an unsuccesful trial of trying to run Logic with HD 
extension,none of my exs samples load anymore.
I returned to core audio with no success. Reinstall trash the pre4f 
etc. nothing.All my exs plugins just play the default sine wave and 
when i select a patch nothing happens.
Any cure?
