Why is there no newbie guide by now...

Yes I am New to this group, and I think a newbie guide would be very 
helpfull in here.  Just an opinion.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
