I have to concur. I take messages like the original one (which stated "I sent a message to support but there have been no answers. So, from my experience I would say "buyer beware") with a grain of salt. Anytime, I've had a problem with Translator I've contacted Garth (and usually via email I might add) and I've received a prompt reply with a resolution the same day or at least some information as to when a resolution would be available. Many other people have commented previously on similar experiences with Garth. In fact, it is a big reason why I initially bought it over CDXtract. I now own both and find that I go to each for different conversions but both programs have good support in my experience. I don't know what happened here but if you tried multiple times to get help from Chickensys, I'm sure that you would have received a reply. Garth is just that type of a person. Fernstudio
