Also - look at your "list" editor for the track you're sending to the EXS - all the channel assignments in that list should be the same as the the channel that you've selected in the track output section - in Nuendo, this means that if you send a MIDI track out on, say, channel 10, and you've selected channel 10 in the EXS, all your MIDI data for that track, as shown in the "list" editor, should also be forced to channel 10. This may not solve your problem in Logic, but it's worth a try!
