Just make sure the "Use Source Samples for the Dest Programs" check box is unchecked; that way, the samples get copied to whatever location you choose under Sample Destination Folder, and then Translator writes those new locations into the .exs files it creates. This avoids Logic looking for the files. Remember that also you can choose AIFF in the EXS Options tab to automatically convert the S-5000 .wav files to normal AIFF files while they are being copied. AIFF files tend to have less hassles in Macs. If you have any other issues, please contact Chicken Systems support.
