EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

my obvious guess (always rule out the simple solutions
first) would be that your sampler instruments folder
and/or your samples folder have been moved or haven't
been "seen" by the new version of logic. try putting
both folders in the Logic 6.x.x folder and manually
searching for the instruments and/or samples from
within the EXS itself. Once the folders are recognized
it should do the trick with the rest of the
inst/samples. good luck.
