I'm a little confused about the AIFF/WAV issue. Are you saying that if I
make a perfect loop in Logic and bring it to the Arrange windows, it won't
loops correctly? What if I make the loop in Sound Forge as a WAV file?
Thanks.

Hi Mark,
If u make a perfect Loop on a WAV ( let's call it A ) with SoundForge ( ex :
StartPoint 0 / End Point 100 ) the point "100" of the WAV A is
PLAYED...OK.If u bring this WAV A on the ARRANGE WINDOW there is NO Probleme
because Logic Audio Engine ( on the ARRANGE W...) play all the point ( well,
some very precise test should be done, but i think it's ok, i haven't test
this....).
Normally it's the same with an AIFF sample.
BUT,
If u do a LOOP ( in WAV format) with SoundForge and u bring it in the
EXS.... here it's not the same because EXS convert all samples in AIFF
format and this format doesn't play the point " 100 " ( as i said it play
from "0" to "99" and back...) each reading of the sample loose "1" sample...
( maybe it can be important...)
We can say that : Loop on EXS and on the ARRANGE are not the same...
I hope this is more clear :o)
