Andy's solution looks like the most practical, as I do not have Kurz or 
CDExtract here, and there appear to be problems with the sfx 
decompression for OSX.

All this effort, and it's my wife and son, who are the only Catholic 
church-goers in the family;-)

For anyone who wants to hear the eventual result it's next weekend in 
Winchester St. Pimlico, London SW1.

And all the music should by then be LucyTuned: Vienna-type waltz by 
Bruno De Florence + bagpipes..

It is a farce after all;-)
