EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

Dear friends,

I was wondering if one of you could comment briefly on those two libraries. 

Northernsounds is having a group buy on the EWQLSO, and I also read that it 
was recorded with ambience which is not desirable for me as I am after dry 
samples for disco/funk/motown style. 
Would one of you know how "not" dry it is, i.e: is the ambience really 
getting in a way that it limits you when mixing down?

I heard the big complete pro VSL library, it sounded fantastic, but out of my 
price range, so I was wondering also if Opus 1 was comparable to the bigger 
one, i.e: dry samples, fast attack, great dynamics/velocity "headroom", would 
it be suitable for my needs?
