OSX has so many advantages and based on the user interaction I see, only if you are really really really used to using a program that never made it to OSX, is there any reason to stay in it. Even so, I'd recommend getting a used G4 1gHz - really cheap comparatively - and run OSX in there and soon you'll find yourself using that computer more often than your OS9 one.
