In your keycommands, in the EXS section you'll find something like "backup all instruments". This will produce copies of all the samples required for all your existing instruments. Perform that operation, then delete the original folder and you should be up and running with just the required samples. You may need to reassign sample locations to the .exs files, but EXS manager should do that perfectly. In case you prefer the manual method, load an EXS, set up a MIDI command to switch to the "next" patch (done in the EXS editor), insert that command into a sequence and have it cycling for a while. Make sure not to move away too far from your machine as the EXS might detect double samples (you'll have to confirm which ones you'd like to use). - Sascha
