I downloaded it when it came out and the authors assume that people who have illegal files really wouldn't have them if they weren't "free". In other words, people ultimately are downloading stuff they really don't want. Yah right! I have lots of buddies with cracked software and i-pods full of tunes they got illegally (peer to peer groups). They use the software and listen to the tunes all the time. Their excuse is the same thing:"we really wouldn't buy this anyways, so its alright to have it". Sounds like wishful thinking to me.
