Collect instruments, like on Pete's site, start creating instruments with Sculpture...

What do want to do? Arrange? Compose? Perform?

I do not see your point, what's a piano anyway? An ancient animal?

Mac and Logic are actually presenting us the opportunity to conduct the orchestra in need
