Hm. "Vocal Writer" seems to sound similar to "Virtual Singer" for Harmony Assistent. Can someone compare the two? Vocal Writer goes for $40, Harmony Assistant plus Virtual Singer costs $70 but you get much more: http://www.myriad-online.com/en/docs/harmonydesc.htm http://www.myriad-online.com/en/products/virtualsinger.htm I used the older Harmony Assistent plus singer and think I will get the new one. Of course, an AU plugin would be best for Logic if we need just a synthetical voice for layouts. There is one: http://www.virsyn.de/en/E_Products/E_CANTOR/e_cantor.html But for 350 Euro it is a, it is an, huh, well, decide yourself... ___ Peter Ostry
