Is there any explanation for this? - what > can we do to stop it happening in the first place? - Is it an over > heating issue? ___ > Hi chistian, > What was the config exactly ? > It was on Batteries ? > USB stuffs ? > Igor ___ its a problem of the "bad" firewire *** of the g4powerbook. it seems that a cpu peak causes firewire (and/or usb) to crash. motu is finally (i had this problem since day1 (march) but nobody @ motu or shop would believe me) working on it. however, i don't know when and if there will be a fix ... we are all professional beta testers! cheers, fuzzi *** just like the "bad" usb port of the titamium which leads to usb crash just like the motu i have to unplug the mt4 ... but again EMAGIC is NOT adressing this at the moment ... ___
