In the EXS you can change the sample start and set the attack and release to zereo. I guess you have done that already and it is not enough. There is a plugin called "Enveloper" in Logic. Maybe you can use a chain of envelopers to cut the start and end more or less drastically off? The parameter range isn't very large but maybe you can get what you want after multiple passes. ___ Peter Ostry
