I got the same results as you and thought it stuffed it right up, but  
then I thought about the alchemy that working with software can be  
sometimes and I decided to save that (668 zone fixed) version of the  
Old Lady. Then I selected a different patch and proceeded to load  
this new Old Lady, and voila, it worked perfectly.

So, to answer your question: Do what you did, save, reload new Old Lady.
