I'm getting another sound and if the piano instrument I was using is 
actually loaded it's playing some sort of altered chord, some 
variation of the one that's coming later in the music.

Are you also getting this behaviour?


I'm almost sad to report that I can't reproduce it here, no preset change and same chords (although they are a tad on the jazzy side so I had to listen to a few times to figure it out). 
On the other hand I have also experienced similar behaviour at some point but it was on a song that was imported from 5.51 Windows. I also noticed that your sustainpedal (contr 64) was a bit strange with 3 zeroes after each other and the next one up the line also a zero. I don't know how you did that because to produce a zero you have to come from somewhere beyond which means that you can't add a zero after a zero by using the pedal, only by manually inserting it and that wouldn't make sense.
