At the 123rd AES Convention in New York, Redmatica unveiled Keymap One V1.5, the newest entry in the Redmatica Keymap family of sampled instruments editors for Mac OSX. Keymap One 1.5 delivers the key features and workflow of the flagship Redmatica Keymap 1.5 instrument editor, including Logic 8 integration, at a groundbreaking price for users that simply do not need all the hi-end features of Keymap, but still want to use the most modern sampling environment available today. The integration with Logic is made through a new Organizer Window which shows the active editing sessions between the two applications, and instruments can be sent back and forth with a single click. The list of supported file formats includes EXS24, GarageBand, Ultrabeat (.ubs) and EXS24-Monolithic, a new format where each instrument and its samples are stored as a single file. The EXS24 format is one of the most supported formats in the industry, and directly imported by Native Instruments Kontakt, Digidesign Structure, Motu MachFive2 and Steinberg Halion. Keymap One offers a sophisticated workflow, export of the processed samples directly by drag and drop, built-in Sample and Loop editors, a Setup editor for combining and merging instruments, and extended key commands support. Keymap One provides the same powerful Autolooping functions of Keymap, so that samples can be easily looped with a minimum effort. Pricing & Availability Keymap One 1.5 is available starting today, at a suggested retail price of 100.00 Euro (roughly 150.00 USD) from the Redmatica Web Store and authorized distributors. More informations about system requirements, pdf manuals and videos can be found at www.redmatica.com. Best Regards Andrea at Redmatica
