EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I'm relatively new to Logic (have Logic Pro 7) and new to the WX5.  I'd like to play the WX through the EXS, at least until I can spring for a VL70-m. Would anyone knowledgeable please share the steps/settings necessary in Logic/EXS24 I'll need to optimize the expressiveness of the WX5? (So far I've managed to get sound with appropriate pitch, but not much else.)  Many thanks; I haven't been able to find any clear procedure in searching the web.
