I create a new folder on the drive of my choice, and name it the name of Akai patch, and then move the files that I just converted, and are put into the "Akai folder" into the newly made folder, as I go. You don't want to do a bunch of converions and then try to pick out the correct sample files and move them. One thing to think about in doing this. Many Akai cd libraries use the same sample for different programs. If you set up a sample folder for each patch, you will have many copies of the same sample file spread in different folders. So you may want to put all the string samples (for istance) in one big "string sample" folder, and maybe all the drum samples all in one big "drum sample" folder, so that you won't have several copies of the same sample on your hard drive. I set up different sample folders for every patch, and now I've got many copies of the same sample file, and have wasted much space due to this.I'll clean this up sooner or later, but it's best to think about as you go. regards, df
