Hi, 
You bounce your Audioinstruments exactly the same way you bounce audio.
You should also make sure you bypass or remove every plugin that's not
acually in use. I've noticed that on audioinstruments they take up cpu even
when not used.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
