If you want, download the Translator Demo, and convert a problem Program to 
.ak1 or .ak3 format. This file is a complete file of the Program info plus 
all the samples. E-mail that to us, and we'll do a diagnosis on it and see 
if we can replicate what the specific problem on that program is; using the 
EXS convertor and also others.

We hail the EXS convertor as a nice free way of getting Akai etc. sounds 
into the EXS, but when industrial strength is called for, go third party.
