A tracksheet is a piece of paper saying what instruments etc in on every
track of the song.
It also include songtitle, artist, label, producer, musicians etc...

There is no standard form.
It is just an explanation of what's on the tape.

This where used back in the days when you had tapemachine that didn't
include notepads etc...

Still smart to have one even though it is just a file on your PC.
