EXS 24 Logic Sampler Users Group

I just started using EXS.  I select say a bunch of sound effects and 
make them an instrument.  I then try to make a sequence with the 
sound the problem is the samples always play completely through the 
envelope.  I've tried using the amp ADSR that doesn't seem to work.  
What could I be doing wrong?
